The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it's actually 2 stations from Shinjuku station, making it quieter. The rooms are spacious with a balcony and were designed with guests' comfort in mind. The service was fantastic, especially with the takyubin service, and communication with international guests was excellent until late afternoon. The location is fantastic, right next to a subway station and across the street from the national stadium and the metro station. However, there are not many eateries nearby without a short walk. The dining experience was excellent, offering fresh and tasty options, and the facilities were great.

The hotel offers spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable, with a small bakery area. The location is excellent, across the National Stadium and close to Shinjuku station, but there is some noise from the highway and railway. Dining options are good but slightly pricey, and the service is helpful but may require more experience with international guests.

The hotel is located conveniently close to famous attractions like Meiji Gingko Avenue, Shinjuku Gyoen, and Yoyogi Park, making it a great spot for enjoying the Autumn Colors of Tokyo. The room, although smaller than expected, had two large single beds that left little space for luggage, ideal for solo travelers but couples might prefer a bigger option. The service was exceptional, with the only hiccup being the lack of coffee provided. The fantastic location near Shinjuku, the national stadium, and the metro station adds value, despite some noise issues. The dining experience offers a superb mix of Japanese and Western food, except for limited cereal options. Overall, a great choice for exploring Tokyo with some room for improvement on noise insulation and breakfast variety.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic and had a balcony which is a rarity in Tokyo. The service was warm and very helpful, though they only spoke Japanese, and they forgot to provide coffee, only tea. The location was fantastic, just across the street from the national stadium and the metro station. The in-hotel bakery was also AMAZING. The dining experience was excellent, but they lacked cereal or muesli options. Overall, a great value for money with a few small hiccups.
